Redirect from old to new WordPress website except admin panel

There was a task to redirect any existing URL from the old WordPress website to the new WordPress website with a new domain. One important thing is to keep the access to the admin panel on the old website. Also we needed to check and fix all broken links. All these tasks were done. And the site works properly.
